After completing a review of our image library it became apparent that whilst blessed with lots of beautiful animal photographs, we were short of good shots featuring our visitors. We found Rachel Hein’s portfolio and were immediately taken with her ability to capture families and couples in a natural setting. Our experience of working with Rachel has been excellent. From the outset, Rachel provided creative ideas and suggestions about shoot locations and is a natural working with people in order to capture the right photograph, especially with young children. She helped make the whole process very straightforward for us and most importantly we are delighted with the resulting photography. It is a well known saying that you should never work with children or animals. Thankfully, Rachel was brave enough to help us work with both, and we sincerely hope to work with her again in the future.

My family and I were incredibly impressed by our experience working with Rachel. She is a talented photographer and skilled people person and she was able to make the four of us feel at ease in front of her camera. Our five-year-old son was not at all comfortable with being photographed and Rachel was incredibly patient with him and gently and skilfully managed to bring him onside.
